Return Policy
No refunds. No exceptions. Any claim of damaged product for replacement MUST be made by phone, email or in person within 24 hours of receipt and MUST accompany photos showing damage within 24 hours of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. For Canceling an Order, See section below and associated fees.
Absolutely no cancelation of custom event flowers less than 30 days before date of event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Please refrain from verbally abusing our sales team when making your claim. Any rude or inappropriate language or behavior toward our representatives will not be tolerated and may result in waiver of any returns or credits. Thank you for your business and your courtesy.
Canceling an Order
Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. Due to the urgent nature of florist delivered products we are unable to cancel or change orders made on our website, already charged, already in process at the florist, en route or delivered. To try to cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please call 201.568.3569, however be advised that we process our orders immediately.
There is a 20% cancelation fee to cover our website and cc processing fees which are not refunded to us .

Holiday Delivery
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by 2:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can typically deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day service on the weekend please order by 12:00pm on Sunday and Holidays. We are closed Saturday.
Specific Times
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four hours on orders. You many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However if you cancel an order due to requiring outside or faster than our delivery times , you will be subject to order cancelation fees.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery times are 2-5pm daily . If your recipient is only available at specific hours , please mention in the comments. There is a $40 surcharge for a SPECIFIC Delivery time outside our normal delivery time policy. We require at least 2 hours notice after opening even for a specific delivery time. During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we operate extended hours and delivery times are 7am-9pm. Specific Delivery Times on those days may not be possible and will incur additional fees due to large order volume and complicated logistics.
Funeral Homes
These orders are our very highest priority. If you have ordered too late to make the funeral service we will call to let you know quickly so that you can make other arrangements or have something sent to the home of the family. If you do not know the zip code or exact address of the funeral home we will look it up for you. We normally contact the funeral home anyway to verify the time of the viewing and make arrangements for the flower delivery. If you have selected a delivery date that is before the actual viewing we will deliver to the viewing per the funeral home instructions. If you have ordered for a funeral viewing on Sunday and it is too late to deliver on Saturday or Sunday, we will contact the funeral home to verify that there is a viewing or service on Monday and reschedule the order.
Banners Funeral Arrangements
Due to the time-sensitivity of delivering funeral orders, if a banner is not available, we will fill your order to value, substituting the banner with more flowers for an even fuller arrangement. Banners incur additional charge.
Schools
Schools do not accept deliveries for students. Please send faculty or administrator gifts to the school and any student orders to their residence. Orders to schools should be placed at least 48 hours ahead. Please be sure your recipient will be there that day as we will not be responsible if they are not.
Weekend Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available in most major cities on Sundays if ordered by 12pm in the recipient time zone. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday, then the order will be scheduled for Monday.
PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or an A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor. We will leave a message for the recipient to alert them. We are not responsible if recipient fails to answer our multiple attempts at calling or if their mailbox is full. In this day and age of calls not being answered if not recognized, we highly recommend you advise your recipient that they should expect a flower gift from you. This makes our delivery process much more efficient and prompt and we appreciate your assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $30 address correction fee. Flowers by Lili is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.

Recipient may be contacted
In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
Card Messages
The message that you write in the Card Message field is the message that is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order.
